DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time at www.onemorecart.com is usually between 3 – 5 working days. If due to any reason outside our control, the product delivery time is taking longer then usual than we will let the customer know the reason for such issue.
REFUNDS
To make our customers feel safe and for their advantage One More Cart has the policy that if your order is not delivered to you within 30 days and if you have paid online, you will get a full refund of your money.
To claim your refund you need to fill in the refund form attached here. Fill out the form and send it to info@onemorecart.com. It takes anywhere from 4-6 working days for the refund to go through depending on the mode of payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
One More Cart tirelessly works in making sure that you get the product just as you ordered it and is not defected in any way or form but in case you did not get the product that you ordered, you can contact us and we will see to the Return / Exchange depending on a case to case basis.
For our customers satisfaction and peace of mind, we have introduced this policy that in case of any unforeseen circumstance, where the product is not working as specified, the customer will be given a discount voucher that can be redeemed in the store but that is on a case to case basis and One More Cart will decide if the case is just or not. The Customer will have to provide the evidence of the problem or defect being faced.
